I started JSM Leadership Consulting, LLC to help clients grow and achieve great results for themselves and their organizations. I recognize that the leadership of oneself and of teams is always in progress, impacts individual effectiveness, and makes or breaks organizations.

My services are tailored to each client’s particular need, and I partner with my clients to help them achieve lasting growth and results. I recognize that my clients have done and are doing incredible and impressive things. I view my role as helping clients take things to the next level to continue an already impressive track record.

As I develop a partnering relationship with clients, blind spots are illuminated, clients see reality better, and they attain clarity for themselves.
